Our Mission

Summer Shift Hockey is dedicated to providing a premier summer hockey experience for the mittens best hockey players in the off season. We focus on skill development, competitive play, and fostering a strong hockey community during the off-season.

League Structure

Teams

  • • Competitive Division
  • • Six teams: Select captains form their own teams
  • • Free agents can request to join teams via the interest form

Season Format

  • • 6-week regular season
  • • 2 games per week
  • • Playoff tournament (top 4 teams qualify)
